I did not have a great experience. The locks where iffy at best. The first room i was assigned was dirty and it looked it like someone was still in the middle of cleaning it.

Room was clean. Everything was quiet, slept well. Not a lot of outside noise. Did not use the pool or have breakfast by my own choice. Would be willing to stay there again. I found this location to be convenient with a restaurant right next door. Found the staff to be friendly definitely a step above some of the hotels that I have seen recently. Thank you, hotels.com

I tried to call to see about an early check in, and the phone just rang for over 5 minutes. Check in staff was rather rude when first swinging by to check on a possible early check in. Was informed it was $55 to check in two hours early (more than the half the nightly rate!). I confirmed that checking in ANY time before 3 this would apply. When we returned at 3, same staff member tried to say we would not let her finish speaking (untrue) and we could have checked in at 2. The room is super basic, not even a closet, has mismatched and damaged furniture. Cleanliness was questionable at best. The shampoo they provided (minute size) was nearly empty. It served it's purpose of somewhere to lay heads on a quick overnight trip on a budget over a holiday weekend.
