I would give this place 0 stars if it wasn’t for the staff. The front desk ladies and the kitchen staff ladies were very nice and accommodating. Everything seemed fine at first, then…. The phone was never hooked up. 2 roaches in my room, and my oldest daughter left with 7 giant bug bites from the adjoining room. We stayed 3 nights and room was only cleaned once. Not enough towels however the front desk did give us more when we asked. Of course we had to walk all the way to the front desk to ask since the phone wasn’t working. Bathroom door work didn’t work. Oh and our key to our rooms didn’t work 3 different times, which prompted multiple walks to the front desk for help. I don’t leave bad reviews, but pretty upset about the bug bites my daughter is suffering from. Hopefully they will see this and the many similar bad reviews and correct it. I d stayed at Laquinta hotels quite often over the past several years with no issues, so was really surprised at the condition of this one.

Ice machine on our level did not work. Our room did not have a refrigerator or coffee maker! I cannot remember when I stayed in a room that did not have a refrigerator and coffee maker, this is standard in any half decent hotel/motel. Well maybe not in Motel Six. Breakfast was poor and same thing each day. We are in Tampa a couple times a year visiting our son. First we have stayed at this motel; seriously doubt we would consider staying here again.

This is fine for a one night stay. Anything more I would pick somewhere else next time. Took 3 days for rooms to be changed out with fresh sheets and towels. If you have an accessible family member pick somewhere else. Only single bed room is accessible and they will not provide a shower chair if u are in a non accessible room setup. Only reason I stayed was price for 5 people in a double room was reasonable compared to others.

My stay here was horrible had to switch rooms because the previous one was so dirty, hair everywhere looked like drug addicts previously stayed in there as there was burn marks all over the ground and the door was kicked in so it did not close properly everything is run down and beat up my new room was also dirty I would never recommend staying here there's way better places to stay in the area such as other hotels and airbnbs stay away from this hotel

The photos do not match the poor quality and condition of the inn. It’s actual a motel and not a hotel. Did not feel safe starting there with my children. Unfortunately they charged my card for the whole stay upon check in and refused to refund my money after seeing the conditions. Do not recommend!

One staff member was extremely rude and we got bites that were congruent only with bed bugs. However, when trying to make management aware so that they could ensure other guests did not have this experience; we were met with accusations of dishonesty and absolutely no apologies for the disrespect. I contacted the property about this but since they didn’t seem to care or believe me: 1) rudeness of 1 staff member (disrespect in asking personal questions that were very hurtful) 2) Bites that we got towards the end of our stay that were congruent only with bed bugs (yes I have some images) A simple I’m very sorry and we will make sure we inspect the room thoroughly AND talk to our staff about appropriate conversations is all that was desired so other people did not have the same experience. However, I received accusations that I was lying about the bites and absolutely no apologies for the comments/questions made to me. I never even told them the hotel was noisy because I don’t expect them to be able to control other guests all hours of the evening.
