Overall was a nice place to stay. Do not think the a/c was working 100% as we had it set at 64 and it was not cold only cooler than the outside air temp.

Pleasantly surprised

Very good accommodation for the cost of this place right next door to Busch Gardens plenty of parking the breakfast is plentiful nice waffles and pastries and even the patties were nice and warm the room was ample had everything you need coffee was available I chose this one as it's scored better than the other ones nearer to the airport so was happy to be slightly out of the area that evening staff were very accommodated and helpful however the morning staff were quite rude had an attitude and was not very helpful I would recommend this hotel just a shame the morning staff were hopefully having just one off day

Absolutely disgusting

All in all the hotel was filthy; the room was horrible dirty, dirt and spiderwebs at every single corner and so much dust, It looks like the place was quickly cleaned before we got there. Each corner had so much grime built up in it. The lady at th front desk for check in was so sweet and wonderful thou! I’m so disappointed in how absolutely disgusting the hotel room was.

Great location and excellent services from the staff. Rooms need luggage racks and some of the expected items, like shower caps etc. It needs an upgrade, lots of moisture and smells.
