Took 2 hours before your agent was able to get me into a room (Kudos to your Team!). First room had no tv, bathtub water wouldn’t stop running, and stains all over the carpet. The King Suite I was upgraded to had a moldy couch with stains and torn upholstery, paint missing from most doors, grout in shower is black from mold, not designer colored, the minifridge had not shelves. I have pictures to support everything.

Horrible Experience – Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham USF, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived late at night around 11:39 PM and checked out early the next morning—thankfully, we didn’t stay longer. From the moment we entered the corridor, we were hit with a horrible smell—the carpet smelled like poop, and the entire area felt filthy and unmaintained. When we entered our room, it was no better. The carpet was old, very dirty, and emitted a disgusting odor. The poor hygiene standards made us feel extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, we started experiencing breathing issues shortly after arriving, making it a truly unsafe and unhealthy environment. I paid $186 for one night, which is absolutely unacceptable for the condition of the hotel. At the very least, I expected a clean and safe place to rest, but this property failed on every front. Stay away from this property—it is unsafe and unhealthy. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management should urgently address these cleanliness and hygiene issues.

The whole hotel looks like it is falling apart. The baseboards running down the hallways are torn off and there is black mold on them. The tile in the bathroom looks dirty. I left my flip-flops on in order to take a shower. The rooms have a funky smell in them and the beds were extremely uncomfortable and very small.. The sheets are not soft and the pillows are half size..

This was perhaps one of the dirtiest hotels that I have ever stayed at. Carpets smelled of must, bed linens not clean, the bed sagged deeply in the middle and a non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The front desk politely gave me another room (I will take must over smoke any day). The phone line in the room had been cut. I witnessed a housekeeper eating lunch in a window well by the elevator. Heavy marijuana smoke in the parking lot. We did not feel safe going out to the car at night. The elevator was slow and filthy. It goes on and on. This La Quinta was a Wyndham Hotel??? Hard to believe. I won’t be staying here or at a Wyndham ever again.

Undergoing major renovations but the work in the new rooms were not up to par. Brand new floors but painted after the floors were put in and obvious no drop cloths, wall paint job was horrible especially around the ceiling, I used my dirty socks as skates to slide on the floors as I felt dirty after my shower and used dirty towels to put a trail from bed to bathroom to walk it at night without touching the floor. The halls and dining floors were so disgusting. My daughter is home schooled and couldn’t find a quiet place in the entire building to take her 2 tests. They kept coming in and out of the room to put in new cable boxes, then had to take pictures of its. The conference room was filled with 100s of toilets as they were installing them in the rooms and pallets in the hallways of stuff. They should have closed it down to do that major of a renevation. And the breakfast was pathetic at best.

Do not stay here!

The outside building looked nice but the interior hasn’t been remodeled in 40 years. The walls, carpet and lighting were terrible. Only 1 elevator worked and the other was a long way on the other side of the building. My mattress was awful as well as the smell. The breakfast was very marginal.

We booked a room with two double beds with me and my 16-year-old daughter and ended up only being able to have a king bed. Very disappointed. The boilers weren’t working. The showers were cold.
