Great hotel for the money. Room was clean and had all amenities listed. Decent hot breakfast. Quiet stay. 2 story with no elevator. Town has several eating options if needed. Only complaint, beds were very firm, heard others state the same thing!

I stayed there towards the beginning of an 18 day trip during which I stayed at numerous places. I liked it so much, I redid my schedule so that I could stay there on my return trip north as well. The nicest place I stayed! The people were friendly and the unit was fabulous. The pool was immaculate. I can’t say enough nice things about this place.

Number one spot to stay is coming to Zephyrhills

It was very peaceful quiet you didn't hear somebody knocking on the wall you didn't hear movement like it was really nice and peaceful. I give it a thousand stars if I could the staff was very helpful and fast the rooms were very clean the whole entire place was clean didn't see no trash on the ground and what nobody hanging out their rooms if you are saying is Zephyrhills my advice would be stay here for the price they give honestly it's worth it 100%

The room was clean the people were very nice…. I did have a room that looked at stairs and not the pool…. Also the maids frequently talked in from of my room early in the morning when cleaning.

This property is a prime example of managing your expectations. I didn’t expect much but was very surprised by the level of service and cleanliness. It was a bit expensive the weekend I stayed there but less than the other properties. The staff is what made the 5 stars for me as everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Once the finish updating all the rooms this will be a great spot for folks trying get away from the hustle and bustle.
