Had 2 reservation for double beds, when I got there they only have singles left, I had to find another location for the 1 of the reservations, hopefully they are truly refunding that night since I paid in adavance

Unexpected. Pleasant surprise. Staff was so nice it was scary. The room was renovated, clean and spacious. Room smelted nice although it was a smoking room. You can tell housekeeping is amazing.

I had car trouble on my way to the motel. I called and spoke with the night clerk. He assured me that since I prepaid, I would have no trouble checking in late. I arrived early that morning after driving all night long and was told by Nick that I was No Showed because I did not arrive by 4am. He quoted “policy” and did not even apologize for the inconvenience.
