Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. Staff at check-in wasn't very helpful or friendly. Rooms are ok. The bedroom door basically brushes against the bed and the bathroom door is very close to the toilet. The toilet and toilet seat felt small. I wouldn't stay here again.

We were here only two nights. Room overall was clean enough but we were greeted by a big cockroach, and the toiletry dispensers in the shower were all totally empty and we had to call to have them refilled. Housekeeping staff were prompt and did stop by the room both days to see if we needed anything. We also paid for 2 queen beds but got a room with 2 double beds. After a long travel day and 2 am arrival I couldn’t deal with going back downstairs to try and sort this, and our agenda the next day was simply too jam packed to see about moving rooms. Not a huge deal overall but hoping I will be credited back the difference in prices. Wifi was great. Staff were polite and eager to help but there was sometimes a language barrier - one front desk staff told me there was no option to secure store bags after checkout but I think he just misunderstood my question as another staff the next day was happy to accommodate this. Awaiting contact from the hotel manager about potential compensation for the wrong bed size. Overall fine for short stays, free breakfast was well stocked and the pool area is quiet and lovely. I wouldn’t not book again based on my experiences but wouldn’t particularly recommend to a friend either.

The property was really nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very attentive and professional. The breakfast was satisfying. Plenty of different stuff. I will definitely book there again on my next trip to Tampa.

Very nice hotel right around the corner from Busch Gardens, Tampa. Staff were very polite. Couple blocks from USF so plenty of restaurants in the area. Have a nice pool and relaxation area.
