No towels in room, called room service and was told they were out of towels so we went to a local Walmart to buy towels only to get back to the room to discover we had no hot water either. Floor was dirty and hair was on the ONE hand towel in the room.

The property was fine due to renevating and under construction but they should update information because on flyers at hotel it says they offer breakfast. They also did not have additional towels at least that’s what I was told other than that very clean and affordable I would stay here again

Great place. It is like a mini resort. Just half a mile from Bush Gardens. Everything is clean. I like how the rooms have a small living room with a sofa bed which can be divided by closing the door. Each room has its own tv. Place is under new management/remodeled and I hope they maintain it like this for the long run. There is no breakfast, but there is a little shopping mart in the lobby. One negative, and I already spoke to them about this, is to be careful when checking in to ensure you get your documents back. They will hold it for you incase you forget. But here is the problem I encountered. On check out date, normally I like to return all keycards in. Luckily I decided to do that, but when I went to the lobby there was no one there. I looked at the desk and saw my license in the open. I did not realize I forgot to take it back after I checked in. Not only did I see my license, but the license of someone else and a credit/debit card. The issue was that this was out in the open with no one in sight. Anyone could of walked up and seen it stolen these cards. I spoke with them of their mistake upon which they accepted their failure and hopefully would not do this again. Would I stay here again in the future? Absolutely YES.

Best bang for the buck.
Was an old motel that is currently being renovated. Its almost done. Rooms are extremely clean, comfy beds, and outside looks like itll have a bar next to pool. Soon they will offer continental breakfast. My only complaint is that the AC isnt that cold no matter how low you turn it. But over all, great price and a good room and plan to return once they have everything together.

Definitely exceeded my expectations. I stayed here 8/16 and the property has only been open for 5 weeks and has undergone a complete and full renovation. I’m talking everything in the room is brand new from the flooring to the couches, tables and box springs. The rooms were very clean and for a germaphobe as myself I truly appreciated that. Parking was simple and the pool and lounge areas are also brand new as well as the lounge and swing chairs. Very relaxing to bring your own cooler and sit back and have a glass of wine or beer while you swing away and watch the kids at the pool. Trust me book this place especially if you’re going to Busch Gardens is literally across the street.

I did not have hot water during the entirety of my stay even after complaining and being assured it would be fixed. The property is still going through renovations and the elevator has no lights and is dangerous to ride in. Additionally, my key card repeatedly did not work requiring numerous trips to the lobby to have it recoded. I requested maid service and extra toiletries- no maid service provided, no extra toiletries provided. The pull out sofa bed advertised has no comforter, only sheets. I was constantly told the “GM” would be around to discuss my complaints and provide adequate compensation but the mystery “GM” never seemed to be around when I was told they would be available and provided no response or compensation to the repeated issues I encountered and notified the staff about. I would not stay here again.
