booked a double queen room but when we got into the room the beds were full sized. staff tried to charge us a different rate than what we booked through expedia. thankfully i had my reservation email to prove price. other than that it was a pleasant stay. they are renovating the complex but still pretty nice overall. would recommend

We spent the night to attend howl-o-scream at Busch gardens, conveniently close to the park, so dont have to drive far (might uber next time to save on parking at the park). We had a king suite.Bed was very comfy. At first I didn't like that the curtain wasnt flush against the sliding glass to the balcony and let light in from outside but it didnt disturb my sleep. Water was able to get nice and hot as i prefer for showers. Pool wasnt heated but was refreshing. Breakfast was not as varied on options as other places i've stayed at but good nonetheless. No bugs and nicely renovated location. Decided this will definitely be the spot to stay wherever i come back to the area again. Spent $211 for the night and we thought it was money well spent

The room was excellent. The front desk was rude and short with everyone (overwhelmed maybe). The breakfast was non-existent. Came down about 40 minutes before it closed and there was NO food. Not even creamer for coffee. Was very very disappointed with that.

This Oasis Bay Suites was clean and a nice place to stay, my only problem was the people staying in the room next door were very loud. I could hear everything that was being said including phone conversations, TV and conversations between the people in the room, it sounded like we were all in the same room.

Room was very clean and very large with kitchen and living room area. Book this room for my daughter and dorm roommate since UTampa was closed after the hurricane Helene. The hotel was very accommodating with reservation and checkin was a breeze for my 19yr old daughter. Highly recommend!!

It was very close to Busch Gardens and convenient. My only complaints is they really need to fix the elevators and invest in bigger buffet style pans for the side of Hotel if they will continue offering breakfast. Overall nice and comfortable for a family of 6 for two days.

Very clean, spacious suite. Very nice pool. The 'oasis bay' name appears to be a family owned motel that is very well cared for. I just surmise this by the very familiar looking staff that worked very well together. There was always a staff member at the desk even at 130am. Breakfast is very nice - fresh cooked bacon, eggs, cereal, several types of coffee, lots of other basics stuff. Sorta sounds like a fake review but Im just a dude who spent two days in Tampa. This place is a good value. Oh, room service brings new towels and cleans daily, use your placard if you prefer not.
