Rooms are older but provide all necessary amenities. Continental Breakfast was excellent and Trish who was responsible for the breakfast was an excellent host and saw to everyones needs. The hotel also provides shuttle service to the airport or cruise ports. The drivers are very knowledgeable and provide a brief history of the the Tampa area while driving you to your destination.👍

Excellent location but not really close to cruise port. Was 20 min drive for $10 per person on their shuttle bus to cruise port. Older hotel but good for the price. Not sure but when we showered, soap and water felt soapy and hard to rinse off, maybe due to hard water in Tampa.

Fine stay

It was fine. The bed was too hard. The room was clean but really needs a makeover. The towels were great. The breakfast was typical, nothing special. The room was not designed well because the sink wasn’t in the bathroom and it woke the other person when getting up in the middle of the night to wash hands. There is no elevator to drag luggage to the second floor. The office staff are wonderful and extremely helpful, especially Kris.

Room was very dirty, wet and musty. Tampa is expensive for hotels but paying 300$ CAD a night for this was not worth it. Would not stay again.

We checked in rather late to this hotel the staff was really nice and yes, the rooms were clean. The light in the bathroom was out, so it was very hard to shower and the showerhead did not work very well. The doors are on the outside and the hallways are lit very well, so it makes it very hard to sleep because it’s not totally dark in the room. I do feel for how out of date it was. It was a little overpriced, but we also did an extremely last minute booking.

It’s not a hotel, it’s a motel. Doors open to the outside. Very old, and dirty looking. You can hear everything outside as if there is no insulation. Never again. Left after the first night

Cruise Stay

We stayed here prior to a cruise after recommendations online. They picked us up from airport then brought us to the Tampa Cruise Terminal next day! ( 10$ a person I think). All the employees were nice! Wrights Gourmet Restaurant close by was delicious. Grocery store and TJ Maxx in walking area!

The room had a foul odor. The beds were both sunk in. The carpet was sticky throughout the room. The shower water barely trickled out and would come to a complete stop. I would not stay here again.
