It accomplished what i needed it to do. Cleanliness is important for me, and for a midrange hotel for a night before the airport this is perfectly fine. Property is older, but clean, kind staff, room seems safe and secure, area seems safe enough. Neighborhood homes are fairly grand and seems affluent...streets are clean and lots of restaurant options. Yes, its old, carpets are a bit worn (wear flip flops/house shoes in a hotel anyways!!). Perfectly fine.

We stayed here during the Final Four due to hotel price gouging. This was way below our typical hotel level and we paid way more than this hotel was worth. The hotel is old and stuffy. And the noise level is terrible. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the street, including housekeeping. Would not recommend if you are used to better accommodations unless it’s for a single night before a cruise. Next time we’ll stay further out for better quality.

This Quality Inn offers free airport shuttle and $10 per person shuttle to cruise port. Walkable restaurants within 2 blocks. Comfortable bed, but the carpet leaves your feet or socks black. If not for that we would stay here again.

Linda at breakfast was very friendly. The shuttle driver was nice and awesome! The front desk worker was so rude and did not answer the phone for over an hour. We had to get a taxi from the airport even tho they “offer” free shuttle but did not even answer the phone to provide the services. The water pressure was terrible and the hotel outside of rooms smelled so bad like sewer smell. The only positives were the breakfast and shuttle service to the cruise.
