Was a nice place for two, only issue was we found a q-tip and a contact lens on the floor near the front door in the room. Looks like the tried to clean the room but didn’t do a great Job at sweeping the floor. Location was great though, lots of restaurants walking distance from the hotel.

It is a 10 minute walk to Amalie Arena which made it very convenient. I truly enjoyed the staff all were very friendly. The room was spacious and a large window to look out.

We stayed in the studio with shared common area. Originally concerned about sharing we are now convinced. You have your own, normal room, but the added benefit of a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel is spotless and very modern. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Gorgeous gorgeous property. supreme location. The Amalie Arena is literally right behind the property. Perfect walking location as well. The studio that i had was perfect. it has everything you need for a stay. Fridge, microwaves dishwaher, laundry. I love it. i’ll definitely be back.

We had a great honeymoon at roost Tampa. A few minor things to note, make sure you stay far away from the elevators and parking garage entrances as you can hear everything! We were woken up multiple times throughout our stay from the parking garage stairwell door slamming as well as adjacent rooms and you could hear the el gators from multiple floors away. We would definitely come back but would request a room in the future:. That being said, the amenities are top notch. The 7th floor lounge and pool are remains. The hotel room itself was very spacious, clean and high end amenities were a nice touch. Having full laundry and kitchen in the room made our stay a breeze. Would definitely recommend given the few minor setbacks.

The room didn’t present what it said. The advertisement makes it seem like you have your own living room area in your room but it’s a shared living room with all the other hotel rooms in your whole way. No real privacy, thin walls, loud slamming doors, overbooked had several people in the lobby out of a place to stay, and the night receptionist was very rude when approached about the confusion of the room set up. Nice hotel, great location but would NOT book this hotel again in Tampa.
