Very clean. Updated, modern & in a nice area. If you book the studio room, you will share kitchen and living room spaces with other guests. Most of the staff were polite and helpful. A few were quite rude and not very accommodating. If you book the pay later option, you will be charged half 72 hours before arrival date and the rest a couple of hours before check in. $32 a night for parking.

After weeks of looking for the perfect location for a few days in Tampa I decided to pick Roost. It's quiet, clean, and has everything you could need. The rooftop pool and shared areas are stunning. Look no further and we can't wait to return again.
