The room was beautiful but the lighting could have been better. And the walls are so thin that we were able to hear almost everything our neighbors said / did.

Awesome experience at Roost Tampa! Great room overlooking Water Street restaurants and shops. Full kitchen, Washer and Dryer in unit, Dishwasher, full set of plates, silverware, etc. Super cool "new" hip area of Downtown - walk to the arena for Hockey or concerts, or walk to the cruise ship area and the heart of downtown. Parking is less expensive than at other hotels in the area, and you can come and go in your car using your room key to enter the garage.

Wonderful! Everything wonderful. People, room, hallways, pool area, lobby. Nothing was out of place, it being a mix of apartments and hotel, the residents were nice, not everyone would interact in the elevators or waiting for the elevator, but I get it. They live there and just want to be left alone. Will go back 100%
