Very close to the Tampa airport. The shuttle arrived within 10 min. of us calling for it and the driver was friendly. The front desk representative was friendly and efficient with our check in.

This was not worth the money we paid to stay here. The room was dirty. I had a small child staying with me and had black all over her feet and legs from the floor not being clean. We had to give her a bath and let her even walk in the room. Check in was easy and convenient. The only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. Also at breakfast, the lady working this area kicked everyone out right at 9. she wouldn't even let them finish eating and put the coffee up right away. Luckily, we had most already finished eating but observed them being very rude to other guest. I would not recommend staying her especially for the prices they have the room listed at.

Needs updating

The Hotel should provide detailed instructions on how to access the free Airport Shuttle. Luckily I had some credit on my phone to call as was told to go to Blue 1 or 2 and call again when we get there. The Receptionist quite abrupt. The room was basic but clean. The Bathroom was in dire need of refurbishment. Chipped tiles and bath. The Beds were small but comfy. Our flight was early so didn’t have a chance to have the free buffet breakfast.
