We had a reservaion but when we arrived at Ramada they did not have the reservation in their system and were booked up...no rooms left. After several hours of waiting in the lobby, one of the clerks found us a room at Extended Stays at $60 more than our reservation with Ramada. The clerks blamed the situation on their computer system being updated the day before. We're in our 80s, disabled, and don't need experiences like this.

Bathroom plumbing was not fixed, flooded each time sink /shower was used. Restaranut was closed for renovations, wasn’t informed until after check in . Spoke 3 times to management to repair bathroom or move to another room. Had to continually ask for towels as we were using them to soak up the water on floor n under sink. Pool was not heated. Flooding was never addressed . I give it a poor rating
