The room smelled wet and moist, (I was going to overlook that) . I then saw a bug on the sheets and kept looking and found two more. Took pictures went to front desk…. Was told bed bugs only come out at 3:00 am. That those was cockroaches. She moved us to another room which had knats (bugs) flying in the bathroom.

NO HOT WATER.
First the rule sheet you sign at check in is ridiculous. Second the water to the toilet was off in my room. Turned it on then everytime i flushed water would come out from around it. Hot shower was a joke. No hot water the hole time i was there. Doors slamming and people being loud all night.

The good. The staff were friendly Nice sized room It was clean Parking was easy In the same parking lot as Ihop A bunch of fast food restaurants 10 mins down the road Their breakfast was until 10 am and they had a good range of food Literally off the highway The bad. The room had broken tiles The mirror was almost eroded in some spots When the toilet flushed it screeched until the tank filled with water I was charged twice but they refunded me immediately

The room had a stench to it that reminded me of mold. The tub was stained. And the carpet made my feet dirty when i walked barefoot. That being said, the staff was nice. It was a quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to where we needed to be during the day.

The front desk was very nice. Soon as I walked into my room. The room had a bad odor like cigarettes. The carpet was dirty and made the bottom of my feet dirty black. Had to wear my shoes in the room cause the was too dirty. There was no shampoo. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was out of order.

Fright night at the Ramada
Filthy! Rude service and not ADA friendly. They may have gotten rid of the roach problem if they cleaned the room. The bed was so high I needed a stool to climb on the bed. The bathroom floor was slippery we had to ask for bath mats to keep from sliding. The mats were disgusting so I had to use towels which remained wet for 5 days and were never changed. Not to mention the toilet overflowed on the first day and the front desk staffed accused me. It was fixed but they did not clean up afterwards!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!
