Very unprofessional staff. Disgusting room with piss on the walls and stains everywhere, including the sheets. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. People partying in the parking lot and all around the property.

This place was so dirty. The linens had black stains, the bed had bugs and there was blood stains on the walls and a hole from a possible gunshot on the curtains. It was like something out of a movie- don’t stay here. There were people playing loud music, loud conversation and hanging outside their rooms at midnight. Very rundown place. Should be called a motel

The worst place to stay. Dirty, everything and I do mean everything was broken. Roaches crawling on the walls inside the room. There is a phone in the room it has no cords no TV remote and housekeeping wouldn't even give us clean towels. Worst place ever.

Dirty Room / Unsafe
The pictures do not match the room at all, the room was dirty and outdated. We couldn't get a clear picture on the television. I found someones else's long hair strands in the sheets. The floor appeared to be un-mopped as my white socks turned black. The bathroom was disgusting, the shower had mold around the edges of the tub, the toilet was brown the toilet bowl just kept filling up with water. My kids and I found two roaches crawling on the wall in the bathroom which both crawled behind the baseboard. The ledge over the curtains and over the bed lamps had dust bunnies. The ironing board did not have any padding on it, it was a metal board with an outdated iron. DO NOT stay here with children. We had random people knock on our door in the middle of the night and guests were outside of their rooms drinking which made us feel very unsafe. There was an overflow of garbage and bags of soiled towels by the elevator. This is not a place to bring your children.

DON’T BOOK HERE! Cockroaches in the room (2 were already smashed on the wall and had to smash 1 on the floor) and black mold on the ceiling. Got into the room and immediately turned around. The lady at the front desk offered to give us a different room, they were booked up. Offered to give us a refund, but because we booked through Expedia, understandably so she wasn’t able to do anything. Claim is filed and awaiting response.

Worst of the worst. I never usually write reviews but this place warrants it. It deserves minus stars. Drug dealers, drug users, swamp pool, cockroach infested, stained wet sheets, sticky mucky floor's, smelly rotten rooms. Rooms already in use when we got there so thankfully offered a refund which we havent gotten and our 3rd party booking company (hotels.com) are being ignored by red roof.
