Unfortunately had a big problem with my room from the hot water coming out the tub light brown (cold water clear) . Food in the sofa to carpet having stains . Unfortunately we got to our room late and after 10:pm so switching rooms didn’t make sense since you have to wait for the service person to come get you in the golf cart . Next morning spoke to the lady at the front desk $100 off at this point I didn’t want to argue

Staff steals. I left a $100 dress shirt hanging in the closet, no question I left it, but it was never taken to their lost and found so someone kept it. Front desk staff also finishes their personal conversations before acknowledging guests, making you wait. They reserve parking lots right next to your building for valet then make you wait 30 mins for a golf cart ride.

The grounds are very pretty and those playing golf enjoyed the course, but the facilities are run down and in need of replacement. Showers didn't work properly, appliances were very outdated and even outlets were faulty. The resort is far away from other activities, and the lack of onsite parking added 30 minutes onto every trip off the property. It took 2 days to get a call back from the spa, which had no availability. We were left at the offside parking location at night and had to call the resort over 10 times to get anyone to answer the phone. They promised to come and get us but a shuttle never arrived. The valet parking was unavailable for all but one night we stayed there and there was a $30 nightly charge to use it. The valet staff were very nice and the pool area was spacious but overall a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this establishment.

Well, whoever the bartender was for prying. Theater night was very horrible, didn't pay attention. I saved her for over an hour and a 1/2, just to have a meal in one beer, just too busy talking to other people and playing on Her phone very disappointing. Needless to say, she really wasn't just good 'cause of her service and I usually get very good. I believe in kicking over service, I own my own bar back home so Very, very disappointed sidesad, everything else, this great care

The best thing about Saddle Brook was without a doubt, Shani who checked us in and went above and beyond. She walked over to the restaurant to check availability for dinner for my wife and me, She made sure we were taken care of while we were there. She should be made manager of the property. A plus for Shani. Properties are old and needs upgrading badly.
