There is mold at the window, view was not great, bathroom was not clean, but i call staff they cleaned it You can see the mold on the window at the restaurant the server told me if i pay with card the hotel will not remove the 25 but if i pay with cash they will remove it. I paid cash and when i went to check out they charged me for it on my card i told front deck what the server told me. If i didn't say nothing i would charge twice and she will keep her cash

We had an awesome experience. Were in town for my pre op appointment and wasn't in the best frame of mind. As soon as we arrived all that changed. The valet was super nice and the sweet lady at check in couldn't have been more efficient. Room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant food and the service were excellent. Enjoyed some wine on the balcony with a great view. Will definitely go back.

Elevator situation was a mess and my room had stains and dirt in the corners. Paint on the carpet edges. Used constant here all the time when it was the Sheraton but this visit was a little rough.

We went here for a one night staycation just for the views because we always walk by and check it out at night and it looks so cool. I must admit the outside does look a lot better than the interior rooms. They are slightly outdated and could use a facelift. I would give this about a two star hotel rating. Bathrooms were super outdated however, the bed was super comfortable and the view was amazing.
