When we arrived the elevator was broken I had to go up three flights of stairs and had been cleaning my home all day I was already in pain once upstairs we was given the wrong room number when I called down stairs got the right number the key still didn’t work so she ask me to send my son back down those three flights of stairs to get the key corrected it’s was hot all night I just dealt with it because it was late

From the moment you walk in you feel very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know from free breakfast to free parking. There is also a 24 hour self service coffee and water. The hotel looks very appealing and the rooms are clean. The room had direct TV, a refrigerator and a microwave. Personal care products were provided for 1-2 days stay. The bed was very comfortable, king size mattress and pillows. The bathroom was spacious with a bathtub and hair dryer. The hot breakfast was good, eggs, bacon (if you get there early enough), sausages, waffles, yogurt, apples and bananas, jam, honey, etc. All kinds of bagels, muffins, toast... It’s only about 11 minutes by car to Tampa Bay Area or to Amelia Arena The only small complaint was the plastic plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast. All in all a nice stay at Sleep Inn& Suites Tampa South
