Terrible no hot water for 5 days. I complained about the hot water for the shower they did nothing to correct the problem. The room smelled like mold which was a health hazard. I would like to get part of my refund for all the issues we complained about.

The hot tub, the only reason I chose this property was broken. I tried to cancel on day of my trip two days before the cancellation deadline and the hotel would not refund my money. Also, the breakfast was terrible.

The only really nice thing was the little lake in the back of the property. The pool was dirty, the rooms need to be updated. the noise level was horrible, there was some woman screaming at the pool all night.For the amount of money i paid, i was expecting a little bit more. There were not enough towels or wash cloths, no ice bucket, no shampoo or bath soap. Just a bit disappointed

Elevator wasn’t working at first, hotel guest was in elevator with a bag of weed. As soon as we opened the door for the hotel the smell was horrible. Air was on low so it was hot and smelled of mold and smoke. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone especially for $200 a night. We left and have have requested a refund. Never again.

No blankets for the all the beds and couch Found underwear under bathroom sink. Lots of rust in bathroom. And missing kitchenet all together only one trash can Only one light worked in room . Shower would go from hot to cold and back to hot.

The area was not safe. Transients roaming around. Shade's were broken, water dripping from the bathroom fan constantly. Floors were not clean. Short on towels and no washcloth at all

Would not stay here again. Not what I would call super clean and my shower could not maintain temp. It would alternate from hot to cold for maybe 5 second each. I asked the front desk if there was issue with the building or just my room and they played dumb about it.
