Very loud at night. A dingy room and bathroom but clean overall. Not very comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The loud noise was due to other visitors/residents of the property and not a reflection of the staff. I would likely not stay at this property again.

Quiet location. Safe. Well located near downtown and on waterway. No airport shuttle. However, good parking and they had a shuttle bus that took you anywhere within two miles including the General Hospital if you need to visit there. They also picked you up. Easy checkin. Comfortable rooms. Walk in showers only. Microwave and small fridge. Nice outdoor pool. No shade though. Very small workout area. On site restaurant that served pretty good food at reasonable prices. Would stay again.
