The staff are amazing and really take their time to help you out. The location is perfect to enjoy the Riverwalk. We were able to checkin early too. Otherwise they were going to hold out luggage for us if they didn't have a room ready.

Day before Cruise

1 night stopover for a cruise the next day. Nice hotel. Good service. A tad outdated but clean. Really close to the River walk which was beautiful. Convenient and friendly shuttle to the cruise port. The only downside is it is a big busy hotel that had 3 elevators. 1 wasn’t working the whole time. And a 2nd elevator was shut down the morning of checkout. But overall a very pleasant stay

Great location, right along the Riverwalk, which is close to restaurants and bars, especially Armiture Works. The Barrymore is in a very safe and clean area. Beds were super comfortable. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Plus, there's a free shuttle to Ybor City, a must to visit.

I would have to say it is overall a slight dated hotel. Some usual wear and tear here and there but completely manageable. Really nice that it is pretty close to the convention center and other shops near there. Walkable. Right next to the Riverwalk, great for morning runs. Will be back
