Great Hotel - all the comforts
This hotel is great! Shay was really welcoming and made sure we has a good room and a good stay! It was spotless, the room was spacious with an outstanding view of the city. The breakfast was delicious and the covered parking was very convenient. It's our favorite in Tampa. You can tell the staff really takes care of this hotel!

Super convenient. Near the airport with a complimentary shuttle. The staff was super nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a lot of different selections. It was only a one-night stay for us as we were here to board a cruise ship, but it was the perfect place for what we needed.

Great Choice for Airport Hotel
The property was recently renovated, and is 5 minutes from the airport. The beds and shower were upgraded to Marriott standards, which we found to be most comfortable. Most rooms front on the interior atrium making them pleasant and quiet. The price was better than other 4 star hotels near the airport (TPA).

I was told a shuttle would pick me up from the airport at midnight. But when I called for them to come was told the shuttle stopped running at 10:30. I had to get a cab which cost me $40. The breakfast is $25 and not complimentary. The bed is way too high. The toilet is way too low. Receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable.

Room was nice but carpeting just gave a dirty feeling to the room . poor lighting in room, bath was old.overall place is fine for a few days but needs some updating . Biggest complaint is after having a few beers at lobby bar using lobby mens room was disgusting!! smelled like a NYC subway bathroom.
