From the moment we checked in until the moment we left, everything exceeded expectations. The front desk clerk was over the top nice and helpful. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed and more. The room, and hotel itself, was very clean. We were even greeted by the Regional Manager, who asked how our stay was. She was very nice. Check in and out was easy. Great free breakfast too. Hotel was in a perfect location, right off of the highway. I will no longer need to look for a hotel when I'm in Tampa. I will stay here every single time.

Hotel was great but hotel.com charged me for the 2 rooms I wanted but they only sent reservation for 1 room. Getting in touch with someone is impossible. We had to buy the 2nd room at the hotel. So basically pad for room twice. Now when get back home, have to try to get someone to answer to dispute this. Not a good situation or time spent.
