Spare yourselves....
I would not stay here again. Broken furniture, closet doors in both bedrooms, unworking single TV. Dirty sheets with holes. No kitchen garbage can. No shelves in the stove. Dirty parking lot and overgrown grass. Bad neighborhood.
Difficult to know since the location of my stay was changed at the last minute—to a sketchier place. I was not given enough information to access a room, so for both this reasons, I didn’t stay at that second location
We had a horrible experience here- we came to the room and it was so misleading! The location was not a safe location at all - we were nervous going from the car to the room and we are from New York City area so that should say a lot! There were blood stains on the sheets and there were bugs on the floor and the chair at the dining area I almost fell off of because it was broken. There were sketchy cars pulling into the parking lot next to our car that were obviously not guests and the neighborhood was not a safe area at all. This should not have been advertised as an option as a vacation rental because the location was so misleading!
Drove through a run down community. Pulled into parking lots and we were the only car there. Looked through the window and there was a sectional and a twin mattress without any bedding. No entrance code was given to us and no one to help us out. Didn’t stay. Felt unsafe.

Wasted time and money booking here
The advertisement of “24/7 front desk” is false. There is no physical front desk and no one to even answer the phone at 8pm in the evening. I called in addition to at least two other professional companies.
Avoid yourself a headache and book somewhere else.
There were absolutely no towels, neither body or hand towels. One of the smoke alarms was beeping, and needed new batteries. The shower did not work, water would only came out from the tub spout. They advertise 24/7 front desk but when you call them they just hang up. I texted with someone, told them about the towels, and alarm but they never answered back. No extra linens, bed sheets or blankets.
Very disappointed in my stay. Would never return. List of things wrong - NO working shower, A/C unit leaked water onto floor, windows sealed shut, no hand/bath soap, no shampoo, coffee machine but no filter or coffee, door jam prevented lock from working, requests for assistance were not answered.
Would never recommend this property or team for others.
When we first got there we had trouble getting in our room our door code would not work it took the maintenance man 45 minutes to get us in. And then at 5 o'clock in the morning someone walks in my bedroom door that is in my room and is not supposed to be somehow they got our door code and was in the wrong room. That was Friday here it is almost a week later and still cannot get a refund or no one to reach me back.
The property requires a door code to get into the room that they are supposed to send to you as soon as you are able to check in. They sent me the room location but forgot to put the code in the email so I tried calling 3 times to no success just to get a text asking what I needed. I responded and they spent 20 minutes looking up my code and they sent me the wrong code. So the door locked out on me and I had to request to get a new code and wait another 10 minutes for a response. I finally get in after 3 different codes were given and the room looked nothing like the photos in the link, there were hairs all over the room, the towels were wet, there were yellow stains around the toilet, brown spots under the toilet seat, the floors were filthy, and to top it all off a half drank gallon of milk in the fridge. I got back ahold of the property and expressed my desire for a refund and they said that I had to go through Expedia. So I went through Expedia to get a refund and the property ignored all there calls so they were unable to refund my stay but I wasn’t staying in that room. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Tampa, DONT STAY HERE.
Customer service was great and we received a full refund from our stay. Door wouldn’t unlock at 10pm at night upon arrival. Maintenance showed up 20 minutes later while we sat in our car waiting after traveling all day. Door still wouldn’t unlock and swapped rooms. Next morning we had no hot water and no one could get to us until “later in the day”. Continued to be told that the owner was being contacted but they never answered. Couldn’t even shower when we had scheduled plans and had to leave the property.
The unit was dirty. And not cleaned after previous stay. There was no water in the unit the entire day. At 5am Some one came and tried to open my unit door. Over all stay was horrible and I would not book again nor recommend it to anyone.
the place was amazing, it was all new, clean and well lit. gave us toothbrushes and toothpaste, which i haven’t seen any hotels do that small convenient gesture. i will definitely recommend staying here, area wasn’t that great but wasn’t bad either, but i will definitely be back soon again. just really loved the place and owner was quick to respond if i needed any help which i did at first. if you are in this area, don’t stay at a hotel just stay here wayyy better
The interior and exterior of the hotel have been newly renovated, making it a very nice and clean hotel. There is no front desk, but they will send you an entry code in advance. Additionally, they responded quickly and appropriately to our inquiries. The price is reasonable and I would highly recommend it.
