The fitness center although small had effective equipment. The property in general was well maintained and clean. The room had no character much like a school dorm room. Footsteps can be heard upstairs and noise through the walls.

The people upstairs generated incessant noise, and my kids and I had to wake up very early. I contacted the front desk three times throughout the night and morning. I am extremely upset because my kids are still sleepy due to the noise.

Rude/Obnoxious Front Desk Attendant
The front desk staff member named Miles on Sunday morning was very rude and obnoxious. He knocked on my door at 10:50am saying it was checkout time and.I had to leave if I was checking out. I was on the phone so I didn’t answer right away and he kept on knocking saying it's the front desk and it's checkout time. I had to cut my conversation short on the phone and answered the door. I told him it was 10 minutes until checkout and I had asked the front desk staff when I checked in for a late check out. He said it was not noted on my room #. I told him I would try to leave by 11:30am. He came knocking on my door again right at 11:30am. I was just getting out of the shower so I was not able to answer door right away. He again kept knocking on door nonstop saying frontbdesk. It's checkout time. He was so obnoxious. I got his manager's name and will be contacting him to let him know how obnoxious and rude he was. And the room was nothing special at all. It was fairly clean, but bed was not comfortable and they had almost no towels nor any shampoo for bathroom. Would not recommend this hotel at all. Stay away!!!

Well, we only had 2 wash rags and 2 thin towels to shower with. Also four hard thin pillows to sleep on. A dog a couple of rooms down barked all night long. Trying to sleep, sucked!

1. elevator didnt work, had to use stairs to the 3rd floor. 2. no lights in the room worked, had only bathroom lights. 3. no black out blinds on parking lot side, room was super bright at night. 3 sheets were damp, made sleeping very uncomfortable.DEFINATELY NOT WORTH $200

Sadly, this property double charged my card for security with no explanation, one of the charges actually went through. I dont wanna squabble over small amounts of money, i just should have been informed before hand by the check in desk. Its quiet and the area is nice, the rooms are clean and mostly comfortable. The stove top with a full refridgerator made cooking in east so theres plenty to appreciate about WoodSpring Suites!
