The property is clean and easy to get to. It is a no frills lodging with kitchenette a fridge, microwave, cooktop. I was a little bit surprised,There's no ice machine on the property and everything is ala carte. There is a charge for dinner ware, cookware, coffeemaker and other things to use as a extended stay.

There were activities going on in front of the hotel office (& inside) all night that appeared unsavory or illegal. I observed diff. transactions & activities that made me feel uncomfortable and took away from my feeling of safety. I didnt see anyone in ofc to report it to , No amenities to speak of.

Expected More for the Cost

Let me just start off by saying that my room was $220 with tax for the night. For that amount of money I expected nicer accommodations and better customer service. I checked in, they took my ID, then gave me my room. Upon entering the room, the overhead lights would not work. I called down to the front desk, three different times before someone answered with a simple “hi”. I had to reconfirm that it was the front desk. I asked about the lights and they told me there was a box near the door that I had to put my room key in to get the lights to work. That is fine, but why wasn’t that told to me when I checked in? I got settled and then left for my daughter‘s volleyball tournament. I realized when I got to the tournament that I did not have my ID in order to check in. I then called the hotel again, with no answer I called two more times, with no answer. I then had to drive back 15 minutes to retrieve my ID so I could get into my daughter‘s tournament. The guy at the front desk was not apologetic and just handed it to me. We left at 6 AM this morning for our tournament, and noticed no one is at the front desk. It is not a hotel that I feel safe in, has poor customer service, and charges high dollar for a rundown hotel. I will not be staying there again.

Lacking basic amenities.

WiFi was not free. There were not enough towels for two people. Nice looking property, but looks like they are cheaping out on some basic amenities you expect from a nicer hotel. They charge for plates and pans in an extended stay type of place ( full kitchen)

Not at all what we were expecting. It’s more of a long-term facility that houses out of town contractors. The entire building smelled like weed - covered with bleach - then more weed. Run out of towels?? Well no problem at all - for only ten bucks you can retrieve a new set from the front desk!! Seriously!! According to the host at the front desk: “you have to pay for towels. We set you up when you get here, then you are on your own….” So, if you are looking for a long-term place to catch a contact buzz on the way to your room, this is the spot for you!! But if you are looking for a room to stay the weekend for a hockey tournament at AdventHealth - there are MUCH better options within walking distance!
