Everything on the property is new. They opened about four months ago. The staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate for a special needs the café downstairs although a little bit pricey is convenient and the food is delicious. The beds are clean and very comfortable!

I can tell this is a fairly new hotel. Very clean smelled nice bed was decent. The check in was not personable. And was told about a deposit amount that was not explained during booking. They had a food space for grab n go snacks. Was a decent stay overall!

Very clean and nice professional hotel to stay at if you’re visiting the Tampa fairgrounds area or hard rock casino, literally only 3 to 4 minute drive from the casino. The rooms are very spacious and the bed and pillows are super comfortable. They have everything you need for accommodations. Great value for the price which is very reasonable

Nice facility. It’s only been open since July 1, 2025. Love the newness; however, there was no hot water for the shower this morning. We could get it to lukewarm at best.

This was a new place. The staff were very nice! The room was modernized and came with all amenties needed. The bed was very comfortable. They have a little shop for snacks and also a coffe bar that sold sandwiches and muffins. It wasn't hard to get to dispite the traffic. I would stay again!

My stay was very nice. My only issue was that the water was extremely hot. There was no cold water and I have small children so utilizing the shower was uncomfortable. I’m hoping that issue was fixed.

We were booked in a handicap room which when asked I said we don’t need “save it for someone who does need it”. From king we were given twin beds which were small and the bed itself was of poor quality. We had a long day and entered up sleeping there but I am not happy and would not go back. There was no breakfast included. Instead they had prices published for those items. Worse when we checked in the restaurant or eating area already was stocked with food and in the morning it was the same “fresh” stuff. Unreal. Lastly there was no free coffee station and when we checked out we were not offered a receipt but they want me to scan a QR code on counter to give them a 5 star review. Obviously that will not happen. And Expedia I am not happy.
