Mukava paikka, ainoa miinus oli kuumuus, asunnossa on vain Koneellinen ilmanvaihto, majoittaja ilmeisesti oli kĂ€sittĂ€nyt ettĂ€ se on ilmastointi. Reagointi oli kuitenkin ensiluokkaista, olimme 2 yötĂ€, 1. Yön jĂ€lkeen toivat meille lisÀÀ tuulettimia, joiden avulla toinen yö sujuikin jo mukavammin. Pihalla kulki hieman epĂ€mÀÀrĂ€isen oloista porukkaa, jokin pĂ€ivĂ€toimintakeskus tms. Samalla pihalla. EivĂ€t aiheuttaneet hĂ€iriötĂ€, ainakaan tĂ€llĂ€ kertaa... Kahvia yms löytyi myös, kiva pikku varustelubonus 😊 Kuumuus pois niin mahtava paikka. Menisin kyllĂ€ uudelleen. Hinta/laatusuhde oli kaikenkaikkiaan hyvĂ€

30 plus room temperature

Location was great for us. Close to the SÀrkÀnniemi amusement park and also close to city center. Minus was cleaning and that there were no aircon. Flat did get very very hot even when it was only partly sunny day. Shower floor drain didn't work. It was full of human hair and grease. Airwentilation full of dirt. Dust under, on top and behind every furniture's.

RikkinĂ€inen ikkuna asunnossa tuntui pelottavalta lasten kanssa asunnossa. SĂ€rö oli teipattu rullateipillĂ€, mutta pahasti rikki kuitenkin. Ilmanvaihto huoneessa erittĂ€in huono, ikkunoita ei saanu auki ”ehkĂ€ rikkinĂ€isen ikkunan takia kahva poistettu?” Mutta kesĂ€llĂ€, saamatta ikkunaa auki, asunnossa oli erittĂ€in kuuma.

Kuumaa ja pölyistÀ, ei kesÀasunnoksi kelpaava

TÀmÀ asunto ei sovellu kesÀaikaan majoittumiseen. Asunto oli todella kuuma. Ikkunoita ei saanut auki. MyöskÀÀn verhoja ei ollut, joten aurinko pÀÀsi paistamaan koko pÀivÀn sisÀlle. Asunto oli ahdas ja etenkin kylpyhuone/vessa epÀkÀytÀnnöllinen. Suihkutilassa ei ollut riitÀvÀÀ suojaa vesiroiskeille. LisÀksi asunto oli todella pölyinen. Keittiön ilmanvaihtokanavan hattu jouduttiin putsaamaan, jotta ilma vaihtuisi edes vÀhÀn.
