They gave us a bed that was broken. Free breakfast you only have three options.hotdog with eggs, chorizo with egg and ham with eggs that’s was free. The other side you have more option but with a charge. Room service food was good.

You can literally hear everything through the walls. Our lights cut off at one point . And to make matters worst the shower head fell off . The room is clean other than that

Excellent service from housekeeping. Super nice. Don’t like the parking place the hotel has, it gives you a bad vibe. The hotel staff is awesome though. The hotel is super Clean also

Generally clean, but run down. The hotel room smelled like mildew. Desk staff were not rude but not friendly. Breakfast is advertised as free but they demand cash

Room wasn't as showen on picture. Room was super small with a window that you couldn't see out. Wouldn't recommend hotel at all. Service was slow and wass treated as your problem didnt matter. After 4 days was moved to a different room . Which was better.

The hotels lobby isn't on the first floor but on the 8th floor which seemed weird. The rooms are very standard and biggest complaints were the poor water pressure,the tiny windows and the fact that the light over the entrance door inside the room had no switch, only way to turn off was to remove the key card but then the lights and most out lights didn't work. Very stupid design

Rooms are small but suitable. One staff member in check in not very friendly. We had the buffet instead of the free American breakfast which was very good.
