I was overcharged and they denied it even when I showed them my bank statement. Mold in bathroom. I would ask to see room before accepting it. But for that price what can you expect. :(

The breakfast was great, this hotel has a parking on the side but they need to put guide lines because the hosted park in any spot and sometimes your car does not fit inside.

Muy mala experiencia, al recibir la confirmación de la reserva, llamamos para solicitar atención especial por persona con lesión en rodilla para que nos asignaran planta baja dado que no cuenta elevador, nos aseguraron lo anterior y cuando llegamos a registrarnos nada de eso se respeto nos asignaron 4o piso y no había más opciones , finalmente nos encontraron mágicamente habitación en el segundo piso pero nos cobraron más, y nos querian dar salida un dia antes de lo reservado. Mala coordinacion y comunicaciom entre turnos no hay quien decida en turno de noche

En general el servicio fue sencillo y rapido por parte del personal, el unico detalle fue el olor a humedad dentro del cuarto y que el clima es complicado de controlar.

La alberca no es con control de la temperatura, en mi estancia en noviembre la temporada fue de 20 grados nublado y con lluvia por que el agua estuvo fria. Además no hay elevador y me toco en el 4 piso es incomodo por que hay que subir y bajar con las maletas hasta tu habitación. Pero pues el resto bien.
