asked for late check out when i checked in and was told 1pm but i was called in my room to be reminded check out was at 12 noon at 1210pm i told the person i was told 1pm got the late check out i was requested. Don't the staff communicate through notes in their systems?

Great choice in Tumon

Always a joy to stay here while visiting. Staff are very friendly and rooms always comfortable. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Snorkelling right outside the hotel was a lot of fun, even seen a sea turtle!

Oceanview room was nice and gave a beautiful view. Room was great, however, the hot water pot was not working, no microwave, and no toothbrush. Service was great.

Room was spacious, but wasnt cleaned/swept or mopped properly there was dirt and small debris on the floor, hair along the edges of the room. No iron or ironing board available in the room for use. Bath tub was stained and floor has dirt and hair all around the tub and toilet area.

The Property the building is beautiful, its has a grand entrance but it just needs to be maintained. The construction in the front provides a bad visual for the hotel as it looks unfinished. This property has all the potential. As for the rooms again, its outdated and floors were dirty found some pieces of left over food behind tables. a bit disgusting. Overall its not that bad just needs more attention to details.
