I accidentally left a BOSS polo shirt after a two‑night stay and contacted the hotel right away. The staff were kind and responsive, but it was never found. I can’t say what happened, but wanted to flag this for fellow travelers—especially those flying to the island and unlikely to return soon: double‑check your room before checkout, as recovering lost items may be difficult.

Hotel Nikko Guam will be one of our favorite hotels in Guam. The Gun Beach, Facilities, Amenities, Warm and Friendly services of staffs are wonderful! Nice place to stay to relax and enjoy. Overall stay wasn’t too bad. However, the bed was extremely hard. The location of Nikko is one of the best. The views are amazing as well. Just for me personally, it’s a bit overpriced for what you actually get. The tv was really old and you can only watch the channels that they provide, unless you bring your own laptop and hdmi cord.

Nice place, but the carpets are badly worn down with some holes and runs in places. My room was nice, and comfortable, but was very musty smelling. The refrigerator kept things cool, but nowhere near cold. Not good in that heat and humidity. A microwave would've been handy for leftovers from meals, but without one I didn't take leftovers and food was wasted. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Great tasting food and many options across many ethnic palates. Every staff member I dealt with was very helpful, friendly and actually seemed to be enjoying their jobs.

AMAZING. Get the big room. You won’t regret it. Lounge access and everything. The only place I would stay except maybe Tsubaki next door but Nikko premium rooms are hard to beat. Everyone was kind and helpful and this would be my first choice every time if I can help it.
