The property is beautiful. Included breakfast was delicious. Staff was very nice. Access to beach was a plus. Room was clean.

Overall, the resort was nice. The pools were clean, our room was very nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived, our room had been overbooked, so we were moved to one of their other three resorts. Fortunately, it was a newer property, so that ended up working out well. The biggest disappointment was the beach. The sargassum seaweed smelled terrible and made the water unpleasant, so we weren’t able to enjoy swimming in the ocean. The room also smelled horrible due to the seaweed. Another downside was the dining reservations. We were only able to get reservations for two of the seven nights we stayed because everything else was fully booked. As a result, we ate at the buffet most nights. The buffet food was decent—about what you’d expect from an all-inclusive resort buffet—but having more restaurant availability would have made the experience much better. Overall, we had a good vacation, but with so many great resort options in Mexico, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
