It doesnt seem like hotel caters to tourists, they do not have any maps of the city and do not bother to explain anything related to the city or attractions, like other hotels I have experienced. On two separate occasions I asked for wifi, the first time, the first guy said only allowed in loby, I asked for password and he said there is no password. Out of frustration and lack of help, I decided to go back to room. Second time I asked, a girl finally gave us the password to the wifi. Coming from a different country, I feel that staff need more customer service training, especially to tourists. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.
