An amazing hotel close enough to the center of the old town without being in the middle of everything. A beautiful building and our room was great!

Hotel was like a jig saw puzzle with lots of stairways and areas. Still had construction going on. Rooms were very nice but no privacy unless you close your curtains. Room safes did not work in either of our rooms. You cannot flush toilet paper due to old pipes. Area did not feel very safe but we did not need to leave the hotel without a guide since the dining in the hotel was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Front desk personnel were attentive, helpful, informative, and courteous.
The hotel itself is a beautiful building; clean, well maintained, and well decorated.
The area where the hotel is located appeared to be safe. The room was quaint but perfect for a getaway; it has everything you need.
Thank you for the complimentary tea, coffee, bottle water, and delicious breakfast! This is definitely a plus for me.
I will be back!
