The staff were very courteous and polite and they helped me when I had questions or concerns. I was well pleased with their service and kindness. To anyone not familiar with the area, particularly westerners like myself, the hotel may appear to be in a dangerous location and it is a little tricky to find the entrance but it was not the case and eventually felt and realized it was safe and the food vendors cooked some tasty meals! I would recommend staying here to anyone and will come back again if I come back to Taiwan. Thank you staff members for your hospitality and kindness. Sincerely, Robbie

Easy access to public transportation. It would be great if breakfast was included. Big lobby with tables were all wasted, since no breakfast was served, no microwave oven was provided, there was barely anyone sitting in the lobby

The actual suite was great. Always clean and fresh towels and bottled water provided. SaiE of the room was okay. It was just my first time to encounter such entrance to a hotel that was totally unexpected. But, I would stay there again if ever I go back to Taiwan.

Love the hotel

The hotel is a bit hard to find. Has a weird entrance inside an alley filled with food stalls. After you get up to the elevator and into the lobby, it looks like a regular hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. My room had a musty smell but I was able to exchange room. Staff were helpful. There are no soap, shower caps, tooth brushes provided. Just water. The staff also need to monitor the hall way noise better. You can hear people talking, laughing, speaking on the phone at all hours of the night. I was woken up 3 nights in a row at 3 AM. Plenty of eateries and shopping around. Excellent price. Recommend highly except for the noise.

The hotel is located on the 6&7 floor of a building that did not look and feel safe outside of the premises. But the inside of the hotel is clean and business-like atmosphere. The front desk clerk was very helpful and professional.
