Good location

The room clean and a good size. The ementities were great. Staff helpful and friendly. Room maintained a good temperature the whole time Good selection for breakfast in the coffee shop, it was included in our room fee . The room was quiet. Close to good restaurants and walk to the city area and the suspension bridge and local sights.

Truly one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. Budapest was one stop on our honeymoon and we are so beyond happy we chose to stay at this property. From the staff, to the room and the amenities everything was absolutely wonderful. The location is also ideal. We could not recommend it more!!

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Decent place, centrally located, cozy place size wise, shower head needs replacing as it sprayed water everywhere from the hose. Could supply a few more coffee pods rather than the 1 per night stayed. Staff checked in daily and offered to clean daily, I wasn’t there much so it wasn’t required. Very safe area, near easily used metro and bus system

We had a false fire alarm in the middle of the night! We got the Junior Suite with free access to the spa, but the reception staff told us we had to pay for it. She was not well informed. It was not until another staff member told us the next day that we did have free access to the spa. The hotel compensated us for the false fire alarm by telling us at check-out that no charges would be taken for the items in the bar. There was no point, as we didn't take anything and we were only told at check-out. They could have told us before check-out if they really intended to compensate us.
