Will not use this motel again. It was very impersonal. We had know idea this was an eMotel until arrival. We opted to pay at property but our account was debited immediately. We were charged more than the quoted price. The electric jug, element for heating something to eat and the toast all on together and the fuse was tripped. There was no detergent, nothing to clean dishes between meals, no cloth for wiping down the table or kitchen sink. Had to leave dirty dishes behind. There was no fish slice to use with frying pan. Only one large saucepan, no others for cooking meal. One dessert spoon and a serving spoon. There was only one flannel for two people. The shower flooded the floor which meant if using the toilet you had water running around it.

I didnt understand the 4 star motel rating, in entry to the room I noticed the grubby carpet and wouldnt allow my grandchild on the floor. The pillows were way too hard, we couldnt utilise them and had to use the blankets instead. There was a pair of shoes left under the bed from the previous people, so it probably didnt get vacuumed under the bed before. However the manager Deon was lovely.
