Pleasant place to stay, within walking distance of lakeside and main town amenities. Helpful staff, except weren’t assisted with luggage up stairs to room.. Otherwise very good.

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location on the lake. Very clean and the comfiest beds and pillows since we’ve started touring NZ. Reception team were super friendly and helpful. Would recommend highly if staying in Taupo.

Stayed here over Christmas Eve. The reception staff was so sweet. Our room was a good size and the view from the balcony was amazing. Perfect spot to celebrate Christmas Eve. Would highly recommend to stay at this location.

Had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. Beds really comfy / had everything we needed. The only thing that was difficult was that there was no lift up to the upstairs. It made it hard for us with a newborn & toddler getting them up and down the stairs with all the stuff. In future, we would make sure to book a downstairs room.
