It’s a little run down and could do with some work on cabins. My first cabin smelt like rotten milk. Luckily the lady on reception was really nice and changed me to a new one. Showers and toilets nice. Staff nice in general. Just a little run down.

We were booked in the 2-bedroom chalet. It was spacious with a seperate toilet and shower. The place was clean but dated. The sink did not have space to place toiletries, a porper vanity would have served better. Note there are no working heaters in the bedrooms so we needed to leave the bedroom doors open so that the heat from the heatpump in the lounge could flow in and warm the rooms. The staff were polite enough but didn't go out of their way to help. There was no hot chocolate provided, not sure if they ran out (it was very busy at the site) but the staff didn't bother with any help or explanation when asked if they had any. The hot pools were nice, our little one enjoyed it. Im not sure I would use it again as there were bits floating in it and it just felt unhygienic.

Nice stay with shops and dining not far. It was nice having hot pools and slides next door for the boys, you do have to pay entry but discount if staying here. The accommodation was ok but needs some updating as a bit outdated, didnt have many bathroom amenities. Fridge and drawers in kitchen were stinky. Pillows weren't fabulous but bed was comfortable.

Very nice vacation location and facilities. A bit out of town center so not so walkable to restaurants, however most people there were using the great cooking facilities on site, so no real disadvantage. Otherwise everything you could possibly imagine right there.
