nice hotel
The hotel was value for money and quite comfortable- although with no aircon (there was a fan) the windows needed to be open to cool it down a bit on warmer days. There were some friendly little beetles that took advantage of this and needed to be relocated outside.

Good value for money.
Older style motel in a reasonable location. Walking distance to the beach, local RSA, Thai restaurant and large New world store across the road. Motel unit was large (Queen bed in main area and 2 singles in a separate bedroom). Kitchenette was good and nice patio area outside. Beds a bit soft and uncomfortable and curtains in bedroom too short- lot of light from dawn. Good parking outside room. Got used to the trains nearby as stayed for 4 nights. Owners very nice. Really good value for money

Great location for easy access to most areas of Mt Maunganui. Supermarket conveniently located 100m from location. Room is compact but it all works, with adequate facilities.

We found the property to be convenient to our needs, easy walking distance to Supermarket, and the RSA restaurant. Very clean, a nice quiet area at the rear of the property for a quiet drink. No noise from our neighbours. Easy parking of our vehicle.
