The pillows were feather down and I got allergy from that affecting my sleep. Some option to get a different pillow would be great.

This exceeded my expectations. I am from the US and I wish places were like this. The gentleman at check in was polite and approachable. The cleanliness was top notch and I will recommend this to friends and family. I look forward to staying there again. They provided robes, the towels were already warm due to the towel warmer in the restroom. They provided snacks and water for convenience and the balcony was a plus. Thank you for your hospitality.
