We had a contretemps with staff over using the extra bed. I wanted to go to sleep and wife wanted to read so she utilised extra bed. Next day told this included extra cost of $90. We maintained we had paid for the room and use of extra bed commonplace. Receptionist claimed we should have read fine print. After good debate she agreed to waive charges and we conceded need to read fine print in future

Great location for most things at your fingertips, huge kitchen in the 1bd apt although I’d change the rokm description for 223 as an ocean glimpse not ocean view, when less that 25% of your view is the ocean view it’s a glimpse.

I would say we did have a lovely stay however there are some things that can be improved. King size bed felt like we were sleeping on a trampoline, definitely needs replacing. No bread board in site. Pepper but no salt, not enough toilet paper and rubbish bags for a six day stay. Balcony in a sad state.

What a magic place to stay. My room was so tidy and clean, the facilities were awesome, reception lady was just lovely and delightful! Totally go back again. Unless I couldn’t find it, the only thing I missed was having a compendium to read through about local restaurants, etc. thanks.

I loved that it was right in between the beach and the Mountain, also the fact that cbd was just down the road & we were able to walk there was so cool. Overall loved our stay & will definitely be coming back x
