The parking is an absolute joke. Parking is a private lot under the building which is no problem, but the spaces are extremely small and the support columns for the building protrude into the parking spaces. I could not fit our Toyota Rav4 into our space because it was so small. The tires were overlapping the parking lines into the spaces on both sides of the car. The elevator from the garage to the first floor wouldnt work for several minutes. My wife and I got stranded in the garage until the elevator door decided it would finally close for us. The hallsways stink, they dont enforce the no-smoking rule and our neighbor was definitely smoking in their room which stunk up the entire place. In our room, the carpet was absolutely disgusting! Stains everywhere. The heat didnt work, the phone in our room didnt work and we were located directly on the sidewalk. Someone could just climb through our window. We were there for 2 nights, and that was 2 nights too long. Do yourself the favor and find another hotel to stay at. This place is cheap and charges you extra for EVERYTHING. Wash your own dishes, make sure you clean the entire room before you leave, make the bed and take out the rubbish or youll be charged an arm and a leg.
