The staff were helpful. However access to the building and your room are dependent on a key code which si sent by email. The room was clean, but the location wasn't quiet. The room i had was close to the driveway and front door, so you will hear card doors opening and closing as people depart/arrive late at night or early in the morning. Also in the morning you hear people walking by the room. So if you are a light sleeper alternative options may be better. The location is convenient and within walking distance to Mount Maunganui.
