The AC didn’t work. The temperature in a room was about 80 degrees and only fan was working. The person that we called to check out didn’t really react to this. Luckily we only stayed one night, so we survived with no AC

The property is conveniently located, gated, and safe, we have stayed here several times. Some units are better updated than others and have better views than others. But its fine and you get a lot of space for the price, I was disappointed that you don't get daily housekeeping, I went out and bought my own toilet paper because they don't restock unless you call so it is easier just to have it on hand. we also washed and dried the bath towels ourselves in the unit because they do not bring fresh ones, so it's less like a resort service and more like a rental, you're on your own in that aspect, but I would stay again.

Property and amenities were great. The unit we stayed in, 2303, was nice, but the kitchen was not well equipped at all. There were only three forks and very little cookware. We also had to buy batteries for remotes for a Roku and a ceiling fan to get them to work. There are way too many remotes to maneuver.
