Everything was good, except your feet got very dirty from the floors. My wife and I each swept once, so It seems it needed mopping. Everything else was good and staff was always friendly and accommodating:)

Our room was extremely dirty, there were bugs and feces on the plates, I have wrote the customer service line multiple times and have heard nothing back. There were stains on the sheets and rips in the towels and there were wet/damp towels put up, wrinkled as if someone wiped their hands or something with them before we came in. I would definitely not return to this establishment.

Our unit was clean. We were not left enough towels and wash cloths for 3 people, but called and more were brought promptly. Our kitchen light was not working and we reported it right away (Sunday) It took 3 phone calls before it was finally fixed on Wednesday. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant

Clearly, the place was neglected and tremendously overpriced In the bed in their primary bedroom was broken. It is the cheapest bed and the cheapest mattress you could possibly purchase, but the fact that it was broken and you couldn’t sleep on it. There are many things that were neglected and cheap. It was disgusting to pay that much for that crap.

Spacious but needs some TLC. Shower handle fell off, kitchen sink handle messed up, but my biggest issue, outside lights are good for security but then have better window coverage. Room so bright to get a good night sleep. Pool a busy noisy for me but beach area was nice.

While the room looked "tired" (furniture was old and a little beat up). Room was mostly clean but could have been cleaner (ie: bottom of microwave had egg all over it from previous tenant, Closet floors didn't look like they have been mopped) but rest of it was really clean. Overall the resort was amazing! Nice pool, hot tub, and beach area. Beautiful sunsets! We unfortunately didn't get to try the restaurant as we ran out of time but people said it was good.
