Awesome stay

Westotel is an excellent hotel and I would strongly recommend. However, the breakfast situation could be improved. By 8.15 am the breakfast room was becoming untidy and the staff didn't seem to notice. On day 2 there was not enough water to boil the eggs and it was lukewarm. And no yoghurts were brought out. One person let the side down. She was sullen and didn't give the professional care that the rest of the staff did.

Très déçue de ce Westotel… Plein de petits détails qui se sont accumulés J’ai demandé une chambre au calme Je me suis retrouvée au dessus de l’entrée face au parking 1 er étage…les allers venues sur le parking,les valises qui roulent,les gens qui fument et qui discutent sous ma fenêtre…bref! Ma carte qui n’ouvrait pas la chambre La climatisation /chauffage qui disfonctionnait Le sauna qui n’était pas en fonctionnement alors que j’avais réservé le créneau et demandé à l’accueil La salle de sport : il y fait 30 degrés !!!pas de bouteille d’eau ou de distributeur et surtout matériel cassé et inutilisable notamment 2 rameurs (aucun en fonctionnement)où il manque le câble !!! Petit déjeuner plus que médiocre (peu de choix à part des céréales industrielles)pour un quatre étoiles,pas de pain spéciaux que du gruyère industriel pour le fromage ,des bananes dans la panière noires,pas de citron … Ne demandez pas qu’on vous réchauffe quelque chose (dans une assiette)dans un quatre étoiles ce n’est visiblement pas possible…soit disant c’est une question d’hygiène impossible…c’est mon domaine pro 😅
