Good beds! 1st floor ceilings need a sound blocker from 2nd floor rooms. Room 119 hallway door needs to be realigned. There is at least a 1 inch big gap between the lock jam and door. Makes you wonder how secure the door lock is. Also you see hallway light coming around the door at night. The woman employee at the desk was very helpful. She showed us to our room to see if there was a grab bar in the tub, and there was.

Room was clean and comfortable, we had our dog with us. All the staff was amazing and accommodating. There was a problem with our refrigerator and they put a brand new one in our room in under 15mins!! Thank you!! Breakfast was great, the hot tub was clean and relaxing,the pool was warm. Would absolutely recommend,and definitely will be staying again!!! Thank you Bay Inn of Tawas.!!!
