Everything about this stay was wonderful. room was so clean, cool, and beds were super comfy Staff was amazing and always busy. Loved chairs outside of room to enjoy a relaxing afternoon and evening. Although you could hear the traffic and the odd train, it did not disturb at all. My next trip to Perth will be enjoyed from this motel.

I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience at the Colonial! The motel room was very clean, updated, and comfortable. The outside of the motel was well-lit, so I felt safe coming and going at night. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I've been coming to Perth every August for 30 years, but this is my first time staying at one of the motels in town. I'm happy to say it was a great experience and I'll be recommending the Colonial to my family as well :)

Good price point, clean room and nice pool on premises. Friendly front desk staff. A little noisy being off Hwy 7 but surprisingly not bad. Definitely recommend

We arrived very early and check in is at 3. They told us they could accommodate us at 2pm. We had no car and were sitting outside waiting for our other guests to arrive, but the management saw us sitting outside and thought we were waiting in the heat for 2pm check-in. They actually rushed to get our room ready and came out and told us 20 minutes. What incredible service. Through our 2 night stay, the staff was so courteous and friendly and the room was so clean. The pool was probably the cleanest I have seen of any outdoor pool ever. Definately would recommend this motel. I wish we were staying longer. It was so relaxing. Chairs outside our room to enjoy the fresh air was a plus! Thank you for a great experience.

Very family friendly, clean and modern with kind helpful staff and has outdoor pool!! We left an item behind and they held it at the front desk until we passed back by a week later. Highly recommended

Bed was comfortable, sheets and towel smell good and clean, overall the romme was super clean but need some attention like bathroom with mushroom and carpet smell something strong and strange.

We stayed here twice recently while visiting friends in the area. It has everything you want from an old-school motel, with modern upgrades. Carpet-free rooms give a clean feel, good AC, all conveniences like a fridge and coffee maker. You need a car to get into town, but location is good with access to attractions and restaurants. Friendly accommodating staff, too!

What we were disappointed with the pictures we seen when booking had chairs out front of the room and a couch in the room . I would not recommend people staying on the second floor the stairs going up stairs are a tripping hazard

motel is on hwy 7 . so you get traffic noise and there are train tracks near bye . but the motel itself is good big clean rooms and close to every thing
