It’s clean, new, and has a modern, cool vibe. While it’s not fancy, it definitely feels fresh and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast was a highlight—better than expected for a budget property. They offer a local breakfast option, which I appreciated, and there’s a cappuccino machine available, which is always a win. They also have a small selection of wines and snacks on-site, which adds convenience if you don’t feel like heading out. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. If you’re looking for affordable comfort in Tbilisi without sacrificing quality, this is a solid choice.

2nd time I stay here in 10 days. They are always cleaning the lobby and breakfast areas. Had a 2nd early check in, as the room was ready, which was very much appreciated. Easy going relaxed staff. Highly recommend it and would 100% stay a 3rd time.

The two guys at check in were very very helpful, even though we showed up late. The room was spacious, clean, and the view of the courtyard was cute. Breakfast was decent, and the whole steady was great!

It was cheap & convenient. The breakfast was a 3 for all. They had a school party in & there was not enough seats. The next morning I went down at 8am & it was fine.

The hotel is very well located, walking to the old town takes about 10 minutes, and the next metro station is only 5 minutes away. The staff was friendly since arrival, especially since I arrived at 5 a.m. and they were very receptive already at that time. The room was tidy enough, a few things in bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but in overall it was alright.

Excellent at all levels. As indicated in its name, it is a budget hotel, but in the most positive way, with lots the facilities and advantages. It is clean, well maintained, staff is friendly and accommodating, the room is pretty comfortable. The neighbourhood is great! Across the street is a fantastic restaurant. Highly recommended.
