Overall a really nice location, great amenities and great suite. The only things keeping it from a 5 star review were that the reception staff were not present or available during opening hours when I had to hand in my key card and that there was a heavy rain storm while we were there and water started to leak into the room through window frames. They did provide us with extra towels and promised someone would look into it ASAP and nothing serious happened as a result of it...just a possible issue with maintenance and repairs.

Just incredible. When you pay good money for accomodation the service doesn’t always match. But the staff here are simply incredible. There is nothing we can say about improving as it was as good as it gets!

Beautiful property, enjoyed the heated floor in bathroom, the remote controlled toilet , fabulous views, spa was divine , fire places inside and out , so lovely. Staff were attentive except for one thing ! Couldn’t get our washing done , ended up washing my clothes and drying them thanks to the heated bathroom floor Food was lovely ; delicious scrumptious breakfasts & in room dinners were good (just average size dinner) Parking wasn’t valet as I’m sure i saw on the hotel preview but that’s ok

The apartment is amazing! great views. The lounge, kitchen are very roomy and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to town. Unfortunately the beds have a very basic mattress, with a tired mattress topper/protector. It was so uncomfortable that i was at risk of getting a pressure sore on my hip and Im a normal sized 10 woman. For the caliber of appartment and price, the bed quality did not live up to any standard.
