Te Anau Hill Vacation Packages

We were excited for our family stay at this IHG hotel in Queenstown, having had consistently good experiences with the brand elsewhere. However, a severe mosquito infestation ruined our night. The room was overrun with mosquitoes, preventing our family (including children) from sleeping. We called reception, waited nearly an hour with no help, then went down at 10:30 pm. Manager Jessy Kale eventually assisted but could not find a suitable alternative room for our family of four. We were forced to stay in the infested room, leaving us exhausted the next day. Very disappointing and well below IHG standards. Poor response to a basic issue.

This is the best place to stay in Queenstown! My third stay here and it did not disappoint. The turndown service was just perfect! The little treats left on the bed were a lovely touch. The juice and treats in the morning and wine and cheese in the afternoon was just amazing. I will be returning next month and can’t wait. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you very much
