Very nice hotel, quiet and in a good place close to restaurants

This place is beat. Half of the elevators don’t work. The AC in our room leaked and soaked the floor. Most of the fun stuff in the pool was turned off (and there was stagnant water). The floors in the restaurant are worn through. Staff are very nice and try and compensate, but go somewhere else.

Did not have breakfast

If you don't mind a room full of mosquitos this is the right place for you. Another thing is that the hotel won't let you bring in any food snacks or liquids so you can buy them directly from them at a higher prices. Receptionists was rude but the rest of the staff was very nice and helpful

Staff was amazing! Great customer service 10/10 Very helpful on anything you need 100% recomend this place Remember no elevator So if you can’t claim the stairs ask for the Lower level.
