I liked the look of the Marchesina Hotel. Very spacious, easy flow, lots of areas to sit, Our particular room, a little needy for traveling tourists with suitcases and places to hang toiletrybag, towels. I would say a little upgrade is needed in respect to tourists needs in a oom.

Communication was a real problem. I wonder if staff were discouraged from trying to understand English. My Italian came from Google translate and even that was a disaster. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Giovanni helped me with transportation around Sala Consilina to see the town center and the sights in the area. He also helped me get to Teggiano for my stay there. Wonderful people!

Hotel Villa Torre Antica
This was a lovely old hotel with perfect attention to detail. We had dinner there both nights (area is quite remote) and were not disappointed. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. If we are this way again we’ll definitely be staying again.

There's no transportation. Hotel AC was 0, tbe AC made a lot of noise, we couldn't sleep. Breakfast bufet need more options like fresh fruit. Staff was kind and nice.
