Room was very clean

Nice stay. My parents enjoyed it.

I stayed at Nine Rooms for one night during my visit to Yerevan, Armenia, and I was very happy with my stay. The apartments are spacious, very clean, comfortable, and extremely well equipped. They have everything you could need, including a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and dishes. The room was very large, tidy, and impeccably clean. The location is also excellent, just a few blocks from the city centre, making it very convenient for exploring Yerevan. The manager was wonderful — very kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. She also gave me useful guidance and recommendations, which made my stay even easier. The property is located on the second floor of a regular residential-style building, accessible by stairs. From the outside it looks like a normal building, but inside you find all the hotel apartments. Everything is very well maintained, clean, tidy, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Nine Rooms if you are looking for a spacious, clean, well-equipped, and well-located place to stay in Yerevan. I would happily stay here again.

They never responded to our message informing them of our late arrival due to a flight delay. As a result, no one was at the reception to let us in, and we were forced to book and pay for another hotel, even though this reservation was already paid for. Expedia tried to contact them multiple times, but they still haven't provided any response.

Newly opened hotel with no facilities (dining, bar etc) at this point. All very clinical, and very expensive for what it is.

Hotel was not worth the price. Terrible area.
