The balcony is nice. Location is good. Kitchen is small. The is no clock in the place. Difficult to find Nespresso pods in the area shops.Overall, it's good place.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location, near tons of restaurants, shopping, Shuk, 15 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the bathroom shower plumbing and they, not only didn’t fix it, but blew us us with communication regarding the problem. I took a bath and when I let the water out it flooded the bathroom from a floor drain. It took me one hour to clean up the mess and my clothes were soaked in sewage smelling water. I contacted them and they said they could not address it until the next day and NEVER got back to me. The rest of our stay every time we took a super fast shower stinky sewage bubbles came up from the drain. It smelled so bad we didn’t use the upstairs bedroom and slept on the sofa bed instead. When I checked out I told them what happened and they didn’t acknowledge it or even give a simple apology. It’s a huge bummer because my husband is going to Tel Aviv next month and I would have loved for him to stay there, but absolutely will not with such poor customer service for $238 a night!!!

Nice place!
Everything I was looking for a family vacation. It was 5 of us and there was plenty of space. Clean, great location and manager was easily reachable. Will definitely go back.

Superb condition
Perfectly located in the new development, staff was trying their best. Very good overall condition for Tel-Aviv property. We stayed in the apartment on Mazeh street and one minor issue should be noted. If you are planning to use second bedroom than you should be aware that there is no window in this room and it is single bed room. We used master bedroom and the living room so had no problems with it.

Great place to stay
First I would like to say they had a great stay at this location and strongly recommend Sweet Inn Apartments. When you travel many things can happen but for us, the way we rate a place after looking at all the obvious is by the service!!. When we arrived at this place the heat did not work and was too late at night for them to fix. So now comes the port that we as a traveler is extremely appreciate. In the next day they came on time and fix the problem, credit us one night's stay, and gave us a voucher to the restaurant downstairs valued at $100. I have never experienced this kind of service before, definitely not from an Israeli Company or a company providing service is Israel

It was amazing hotel was very well kept with free parking which was very handy. Also it was central to a lot of things in Tel Aviv especially the beaches

Prix illogique
Pour faire simple, je trouve que l'appartement est trop cher pour ce que c'est. Bien sur, tout est plutôt agréable, mais quand on y regarde de près, tout est à l'économie. La literie est très moyenne, la salle de bain ne dispose pas de douche moderne, il y a très peu de couverts, une seule casserole, une seule poêle, pas de lave vaisselle, une climatisation d'un autre age et très bruyante... Reste des installations agréables, extrêmement bien situées et au parking facile d'accès. Une attention toute particulière nous est réservée et vraiment l'accueil est juste parfait. Simplement, je n'avais sans doute pas lu les conditions générales de vente, mais un supplément de 95 dollars nous a été réclamé dès notre arrivée pour le ménage en fin de séjour. Ce qui pousse nos 4 nuitées à près de 800 € tout compris... Je trouve donc que le prix n'est pas en relation du tout avec les prestations, plutôt quelconques.
