The deluxe room/ marina view was magnificent. Pool on roof is on the small side but free bottled water and sunscreen was a nice plus. Also champagne on arrival and bottle of wine in the room was 5 Star. Herbert Solomon is top notch dining, but for that price why scimp on no tableclothes for dinner, especially since that is the breakfast room?!?

We had a great stay over a long week end however there was an extreme storm wind/wet friday night our room was sea facing one of the best in the hotel however due to an inherent fault with the building or window/patio construction there was excesive noise sounded like an airplane inside our room Dina at front desk she was most helpful moved us to a new room and refunded that night

Probably the best beach resort hotel in Israel.

Stayed for 5 nights. This hotel offers exceptional service from friendly and interesting staff members. The rooms are huge. Starting at about 55sq metres upwards and all seem to have spacious balconies with either beach or marina views. Celebrated my birthday at the hotel (they ask in advance about your type of trip and things that you like). On my birthday,a lovely cake,a bottle of fizz,a frangravt gift,balloons and a sketch of my wife and I from the photo were all lovely touches. Dining room food in the Herbert Samuel was exceptional. This is a luxury hotel at the top end of the price range in Israel and one that we cannot wait to return to in the near future.

I can't believe that The Ritz would lend it's name to a property with such a lack of cleanliness in the rooms. While some of may be a result of the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea, the fact is that in our 2 rooms the floors were literally sticky and there was hair in the bathtub.
