The room 116 is in need of refurbishing.
The bathroom is not safe due to the ground being drenched in water after a shower thus making it liable for injuries.
The windows need to be cleaned on a regular basis. The staff are extremely helpful and did their utmost to provide all the necessary items needed.
USB ports didn’t work and heated up.
In room 115 the curtain ties were difficult to use because of loose fittings.
The location is perfect for beach and shops.

Very pleasant stay, would recommend. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was also nice as well. Very nice pool area, well decorated. If in Langkawi again, would stay here. Thank you to all staff for being soo kind and helpful!
